Jerry L. Johnson
Founder and CEO
Jerry L. Johnson is the President & CEO of Axum Advisors, LLC, a business advisory/consulting firm for start-ups, middle market businesses, established professional service firms and governmental agencies and authorities. Jerry advises companies who are in need of customized solutions to meet their growth, financing, technology, and business development needs while facing significant changes that threaten their ability to survive. Drawing on his vast knowledge and business acumen gained from serving in several significant management roles across multiple industry sectors, Jerry brings more than 45 years of experience to the advisory business.
Chris Lewis
Advisor
Chris is the current chairman of the Philadelphia Energy Authority, a member of the board of commissioners for the Delaware River Port Authority, and a trustee on the Council of Trustees of West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He also currently serves as a member of the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which screens candidates for Senators Casey and Toomey in connection with potential appointments to the federal bench.
Chris is a 1975 graduate of Harvard College, B.A. in Government, magna cum laude, and a 1978 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, J.D., magna cum laude. He served in Governor Robert P. Casey’s administration from 1989 to 1991 as secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the agency head for Pennsylvania’s Department of State, and as executive deputy in the Office of General Counsel from 1987 to 1989.

Eric has over 20 years experience in project management, process improvement and system development. Focus areas include developing beneficial relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations, designing cost effective, customized solutions and managing projects. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Science from Northeastern University and Professional Certification in Project Management from Penn State.
David Mosley

David Mosley serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of E Smith Advisors, a partnership with Newmark Knight Frank (NKF). In this role, he is responsible for outlining the strategic direction for growth and expansion of the company’s professional portfolio, including partnerships with national and global corporate entities committed to diversity and inclusion in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Mr. Mosley has provided regional and national clients with a broad range of services in business development, business analysis and financial management, franchising and franchise operations
Jonathan Johnson
MANAGER OF RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND REGENERATION
Jonathan W. Johnson has worked on several business development and change consulting projects, including market research and business plan development for a steel fabricator, analysis and change consultation for a major law firm, and research and analysis for change consultation for a prominent non-profit organization. He specializes in issues related to cities and economic development, and brings a knowledge of urban regeneration and planning to the team at Axum Advisors.

Jeri Lynne Johnson has spent a career creating innovative strategies and programs to dramatically improve community engagement, audience participation and cultural diversity in the arts and culture sector. As the Founder and Artistic Director of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra, Jeri established a innovative model for cultural institutions to find better ways of combining cultural diversity, artistic excellence and organizational innovation. In demand as an engaging speaker, Jeri has delivered keynote addresses and hands-on workshops for major corporations looking to engage their team by harnessing their creativity, aligning their efforts to deliver innovation. Jeri believes the goal of strategic diversity equity and inclusion work is to create a culture of Belonging within an organization that translates into Greater Abundance in terms of human, intellectual, social, and financial capital.
